Shifting in or out of a high-rise apartment is very different from a ground-floor 1 BHK. There are lift booking slots, gate-pass formalities, service-lift weight limits, restricted parking windows, and society watchmen who genuinely check what's going up and what's going down.
We work in most Vadodara apartment societies regularly — Akota, Alkapuri, Gotri, Vasna, Sama, Manjalpur, Tandalja, Waghodia Road — and we know what each society expects. For villas and bungalows, the priority is the opposite: large furniture, more breakables, often staircases instead of lifts, sometimes terrace items and outdoor furniture.

Free survey & quote
Share your shifting details on WhatsApp or call us — we visit your home or office (or do a video survey) and share a transparent, itemised quote within 24 hours.

Plan & schedule
Once you confirm, we lock the move date, assign a coordinator, arrange the right vehicle size and the right team strength for your load.

Professional packing
Our packers use 5-layer cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated rolls and wooden crating for fragile items — every box is labelled by room.
- 04
Safe loading
Trained loaders use trolleys, ramps and proper lifting technique. Heavy items go first, fragile items are stacked separately and the load is secured with straps.

Transportation
Closed-body trucks and tempos with GPS-tracked drivers. We share live updates with you throughout the transit.
- 06
Unloading & arrangement
At the new address, we unload, place every box in the right room, reassemble the furniture we dismantled and clear the packing waste before leaving.

Do you handle moves on the 10th floor and higher?
Yes, regularly. We pre-book the service lift, plan trips that fit the society's allowed move-in timing, and our team is trained to work safely on high floors.
My society needs a gate-pass and NOC. Can you help?
Yes — we coordinate with the society office, submit our vehicle and team details, and follow whatever sign-out process your society follows. Just give us the society contact one day before the move.
Can large furniture be brought down if it doesn't fit in the lift?
Most of the time yes, by dismantling. For genuinely oversized items (large 3-seater sofas, big wardrobes) on higher floors without a service lift, we use rope-and-hoist gear after a site check.
