Share your shifting details on WhatsApp or call us — we visit your home or office (or do a video survey) and share a transparent, itemised quote within 24 hours.

Plan & schedule
Once you confirm, we lock the move date, assign a coordinator, arrange the right vehicle size and the right team strength for your load.

Professional packing
Our packers use 5-layer cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated rolls and wooden crating for fragile items — every box is labelled by room.

Safe loading
Trained loaders use trolleys, ramps and proper lifting technique. Heavy items go first, fragile items are stacked separately and the load is secured with straps.

Transportation
Closed-body trucks and tempos with GPS-tracked drivers. We share live updates with you throughout the transit.
- 06
Unloading & arrangement
At the new address, we unload, place every box in the right room, reassemble the furniture we dismantled and clear the packing waste before leaving.

Can you shift our office over a weekend?
Yes — most of our corporate clients prefer Friday night to Sunday execution so employees walk into a working office Monday morning. We block the team and vehicles in advance for weekend moves.
Do you handle IT equipment and servers?
Yes. Monitors and CPUs are individually wrapped, server racks are powered down per your IT team's instructions, and cables are coiled and labelled by workstation so reconnection is straightforward.
What about confidential files and records?
Files are packed in sealed, numbered cartons. We can sign an NDA before the move and provide a chain-of-custody sheet on request.
Can you provide GST invoice for office shifting?
Yes — ZAIRA is a GST-registered firm and we issue a proper tax invoice for every corporate move, which is reimbursable and accountable in your books.
