About Fragile Moving
Some items just need more care than a general household move provides — full-length mirrors, glass-top dining tables, marble showpieces, oil paintings, LED TVs, expensive crockery sets, antique furniture inherited from family.
For these we use wooden crating (built around the item, not bought standard-size), corner protection, foam sheet wrapping under the bubble wrap layer, FRAGILE marking on all six sides, and 'this side up' arrows. These items are loaded last and unloaded first.
Why customers choose us for this
Custom wooden crating
Crates built to the item, not stock crates that leave the item sliding inside.
Multi-layer packing
Foam sheet, then bubble wrap, then corrugated layer — three layers, not one.
Loaded last, unloaded first
Fragile items don't sit at the bottom of the truck — ever.
Photographic inventory
We photograph fragile items before packing so any dispute is settled fairly.
Our process
- 01
Free survey & quote
Share your shifting details on WhatsApp or call us — we visit your home or office (or do a video survey) and share a transparent, itemised quote within 24 hours.
- 02
Plan & schedule
Once you confirm, we lock the move date, assign a coordinator, arrange the right vehicle size and the right team strength for your load.
- 03
Professional packing
Our packers use 5-layer cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated rolls and wooden crating for fragile items — every box is labelled by room.
- 04
Safe loading
Trained loaders use trolleys, ramps and proper lifting technique. Heavy items go first, fragile items are stacked separately and the load is secured with straps.
- 05
Transportation
Closed-body trucks and tempos with GPS-tracked drivers. We share live updates with you throughout the transit.
- 06
Unloading & arrangement
At the new address, we unload, place every box in the right room, reassemble the furniture we dismantled and clear the packing waste before leaving.

Frequently asked
Can you crate a glass-top dining table?
Yes. The glass top is removed, packed separately in a flat wooden crate with foam padding, and shipped vertically — never flat — to prevent micro-cracks.
Do you cover damage on fragile items?
If transit insurance is taken, yes — the insurer covers it. Without insurance, we cover damages caused by our handling within agreed liability limits, but high-value fragile items are best moved with insurance.
How are LED TVs packed?
Ideally in the original carton with original foam. If not available, we use a fitted carton, foam sheets, corner protectors and a wooden crate for outstation moves.
